At Hoxton Docks, we offer a distinctive industrial venue on Regent’s Canal in East London. Our building has a rich history as a former coal-storage facility, and we have transformed its warehouse character into a flexible creative hub for events, exhibitions and productions. We provide two main spaces, the Boat Space and the Atrium, alongside breakout rooms, a photographic studio, a soundproofed room and several outdoor areas. Our rooftop terrace, yard, courtyard and floating pontoons offer additional settings for gatherings, installations and performances. We welcome organisers planning corporate events, conferences, product launches, weddings, private parties and creative productions. Our adaptable layout allows different areas to be hired individually or combined, depending on the needs of each project. Whether you are creating an immersive brand experience, hosting a celebration or arranging a film shoot, we offer a characterful canalside setting in which to bring your ideas to life.
Our Boat Space is a large warehouse-style hall with a high ceiling, a gate onto Haggerston Road and a waterside entrance. We offer a flexible setting for exhibitions, performances, large installations and corporate events.
Our Atrium combines industrial architecture with natural light from overhead windows. We provide access to an adjoining room, courtyard and large gated entrance, making the space suitable for events and creative productions.
