Set in a Grade I-listed Georgian building in the heart of London, 116 Pall Mall combines historic architecture with modern event facilities across five floors. We provide a wide range of flexible spaces for corporate events, conferences, meetings, private dining, celebrations and weddings. Our rooms feature period details, natural daylight, air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi, while our dedicated events team supports planning and delivery. We also offer professional catering through Searcys, modern audiovisual facilities, breakout areas, networking spaces and event production support. From the grand Nash Room and Carlton Room to our intimate meeting rooms and historic Champagne Bar, we can accommodate different event formats and group sizes. Our central location near Piccadilly, Charing Cross and Trafalgar Square also makes the venue convenient for guests travelling across London.
The Nash is one of our largest event rooms, combining Georgian grandeur with flexible layouts for conferences, performances, exhibitions, gala dinners and celebrations. Its natural light, elegant period features and 3,000 sq ft layout create a striking setting for larger gatherings.
The Waterloo Room offers a bright double-aspect setting overlooking Pall Mall and Waterloo Place. We use it for conferences, seminars, formal dinners, drinks receptions and as a breakout, networking or catering space alongside The Nash.
The Burton Room combines Georgian character with a practical layout for conferences, meetings, seminars and networking. We can also use it with the Trafalgar Rooms as a breakout, catering or exhibition area for larger events.
St James 1 is an elegant, naturally lit room overlooking Pall Mall. We accommodate breakfast meetings, seminars, intimate dinners, drinks receptions and smaller business gatherings here, with flexible layouts for different requirements.
St James 2 provides an intimate setting for meetings, seminars, private dining and drinks receptions. Its classic design and Pall Mall outlook make it particularly suitable for smaller gatherings and breakout activity.
Trafalgar 1 and 2 are charming, naturally lit rooms with original features and neutral décor. We can use them together or separately for drinks receptions, dinners, meetings, breakout sessions and catering.
Our Grand Staircase and Gallery provide a distinctive architectural setting for ceremonies, photography and receptions. The staircase features an impressive Regency chandelier, while the Gallery works well for registration, displays and guest viewing.
The Carlton Room brings together ornate interiors, Georgian character and access to our private terrace and garden. We host dinners, drinks receptions, gala events, parties, conferences, weddings and other celebrations here.
Our Terrace & Garden offers a peaceful outdoor setting in central London. We use this space for summer parties, drinks receptions, networking, launches, pop-up events and filming, particularly when outdoor entertaining is required.
The Directors' Room is available as part of our exclusive full-venue hire and combines several periods of the building's architectural history. Its high ceilings and distinctive interiors provide a memorable setting for dinners, exhibitions, filming, launches and celebrations.
The Morning Room is a bright, elegant space overlooking Waterloo Place. We use it for private dining, corporate gatherings, award ceremonies, product launches, networking events, weddings and family celebrations.
Spears is our more intimate room within the Morning & Spears arrangement. We can use it for smaller meetings, private dining, breakout sessions and networking, or alongside the Morning Room for a larger event setup.
Our Champagne Bar occupies the building's historic former wine-cellar area, with vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork and original iron gates. We host private dinners, drinks receptions, wine tastings, networking events and celebrations here.
Café Duke is a distinctive space filled with original features and character. We offer it for networking events, drinks receptions, client entertaining, private celebrations and filming, providing a more unusual setting within the building.
Our third-floor meeting and training facility provides modern rooms for professional meetings, training courses, seminars, webinars, coaching and team away days. We provide flexible layouts, presentation technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, breakout areas and dedicated event support.
