Broadoaks Country House

We are Broadoaks Country House, a luxury country-house hotel nestled in Troutbeck near Windermere, in the heart of the Lake District. We combine Edwardian architecture, elegant interiors, beautiful woodland surroundings and contemporary comforts to create a distinctive setting for weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings and private occasions. Our contemporary Orangery provide atmospheric spaces within the house, while our manicured gardens offer opportunities for outdoor ceremonies and photographs. We can accommodate weddings of up to 120 guests during the day and up to 150 guests in the evening. We also offer exclusive use of the entire hotel, making us suitable for corporate get-togethers, board meetings, family reunions and private celebrations. With accommodation, dining, drinks, event support and a peaceful Lake District setting all available in one place, we provide a convenient and memorable environment for guests looking to celebrate, meet, relax and enjoy the character of a traditional country house.
