Drumsheds is our large-scale music, culture and events venue in North London, housed within a vast former warehouse in the Upper Lea Valley. We provide a raw, industrial environment that can be adapted for major cultural events, corporate productions, exhibitions, fashion shows, filming, brand activations and immersive experiences. Our venue covers 608,000 sq ft and offers four flexible event spaces, with capacities ranging from 450 to 15,000 depending on the space and configuration. We have built-in staging, PA, rigging and production infrastructure, alongside dressing rooms, cloakrooms, modern bathrooms and extensive branding opportunities. Our outdoor areas provide additional possibilities for festivals, summer events, food markets and production use. We also provide flexible layouts, blackout capability and dedicated event support. Located close to Meridian Water Station, we provide a large-scale setting that can be shaped around different event concepts rather than a fixed conventional venue format.
We provide Room X as our largest event space, offering 109,813 sq ft of open warehouse floor with soaring ceilings. We have an in-house stage, PA, rigging and dressing rooms, with capacity for up to 15,000 people. It is suitable for major music events, conferences, exhibitions, fashion shows and brand experiences.
We offer Room Y as a flexible industrial event space with built-in stage, PA, power and rigging. Our capacity is up to 2,500 people.
We provide Room Z as our smaller event space and a connector between Rooms X and Y. The current capacity is 450 people.
We offer The Gallery as a large second-level blank-canvas space that can operate independently or extend Rooms X, Y and Z. Our capacity is up to 5,000 people, with full power and rigging available.
We provide The Stores as a central connection point between Rooms X, Y and Z and The Yard. It can support exhibitions, food and drink stations, guest circulation and social areas during larger events rather than functioning as one of our principal capacity-rated rooms.
We provide The Yard as our outdoor event space with direct access to the interior. It is suitable for festivals, summer parties and street-food markets, and can also support productions as a unit base, parking or heavy-goods storage area.
We offer the expansive ground-level area as a flexible covered space for festivals, food markets, filming and exhibitions. For larger events, it can also support ticket accreditation, security checks and guest-entry operations.
