Exhibition White City is our distinctive Grade II listed event venue in the heart of West London, situated beside Westfield London on Ariel Way. We combine the character of a historic Victorian building with modern production capabilities, creating a flexible environment for corporate, cultural, brand and live events. Our venue extends across multiple levels, with a striking foyer and reception area, a substantial main event floor and a private mezzanine overlooking the stage. We welcome guests through our atmospheric Level 0, where polished concrete floors, decorative lighting, a long bar and a high-spec LED screen create an impressive first impression. Level 1 gives us a large, adaptable event space for exhibitions, performances, dinners and major gatherings, while our mezzanine provides an elevated setting for VIP guests, breakouts or production use. With dedicated event infrastructure, audiovisual technology, dressing rooms, catering options and excellent transport connections, we provide a versatile backdrop for ambitious events.
Level 0 welcomes our guests through 416 square metres of striking foyer and reception space. We offer a long crafted bar, high-spec LED screen, atmospheric lighting, cloakroom facilities and four dressing rooms. The space works particularly well for pre-dinner drinks, informal catering and breakout sessions, while also connecting seamlessly with Level 1 for larger events.
Level 1 is our principal large-scale event space, providing 825 square metres of flexible floor area. We can transform this impressive space for exhibitions, conferences, dinners, live performances and major celebrations, while its substantial dimensions allow us to accommodate large audiences and ambitious event productions.
Our Mezzanine is a private elevated space overlooking Level 1 and providing a prime view of the stage. We feature jet-black flooring and booths with soft under-lighting, making it suitable for VIP areas, breakout spaces or back-of-house use. We can accommodate 64 guests standing or around 50 seated.
