Our London museum occupies a striking Grade II listed building on Lambeth Road, originally built as the Royal Bethlem Hospital. We combine the atmosphere of a national museum with flexible spaces for corporate and private events. At the centre of the building is our impressive Atrium, featuring a hanging gallery and dramatic views across the museum floors. We also offer a rooftop terrace, boardrooms, meeting rooms, Park View and the Main Café. Our event spaces can accommodate everything from small boardroom meetings and intimate receptions to large dinners and standing receptions. By hosting an event with us, organisers also support Imperial War Museums' work to record and share people's experiences of conflict.

Roof Terrace
Price on requestWe provide a rooftop event setting on Level 4 with views across the museum and surrounding area. We accommodate up to 240 guests standing or 150 in theatre style.
The Orpen Boardroom
Price on requestWe provide an intimate meeting and event space on Level 2. Our room works well for meetings, presentations, private dining and smaller receptions, with a boardroom capacity of 24.
Park View
Price on requestWe offer a flexible Level 1 space suitable for meetings, presentations, receptions and seated events. Our published capacities allow up to 100 guests standing or 80 in theatre or seated layouts.
Meeting Room 1
Price on requestWe provide a small Level 2 meeting room for focused discussions, interviews and private meetings. Our official capacity is 10 guests in boardroom style.
Meeting Room 2
Price on requestWe provide another small Level 2 meeting space suitable for private discussions and smaller business meetings. Our capacity is 10 in boardroom style.
