The Shireburn Arms is our historic 17th-century country inn in the heart of Hurst Green, surrounded by the beautiful Ribble Valley countryside. We have created a warm and relaxed setting where guests can celebrate weddings, special occasions and corporate events while enjoying our characterful surroundings and panoramic countryside views. Our venue includes the Ribble Suite, a private bar, terrace, gardens, Lounge and Games Room, giving us flexible spaces for different types and sizes of gatherings. We are fully licensed for civil ceremonies, and our Ribble Room can accommodate up to 110 guests for ceremonies. For weddings, we can host 100 seated day guests and up to 150 evening guests. We also welcome birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and family gatherings, alongside meetings, training days, networking and team-building events. With 21 individually designed bedrooms, we can also accommodate wedding parties and guests staying with us after their celebrations.

Ribble Suite

Our Ribble Suite is our largest event space, with a private bar and sweeping views across the Ribble Valley. We use it for weddings, larger celebrations and corporate events, accommodating up to 150 guests.

Lounge

Our Lounge is a smaller and more informal space for workshops, brainstorming sessions and intimate gatherings. We provide it for corporate events and smaller occasions requiring a comfortable setting.

Games Room

Our Games Room is a flexible breakout space with a pool table, dartboard and lounge seating. We use it for team-building, informal meetings, activities and smaller celebrations of up to 25 guests.

Terrace & Gardens
