The Earl of Doncaster has been part of the city’s hospitality scene since 1938, and we continue to combine our distinctive Art Deco character with contemporary accommodation, dining and event facilities. As an independent four-star hotel, we provide 83 bedrooms, three bars, a coffee shop and our Café Bar Concerto restaurant, allowing us to support both residential and non-residential occasions. Our Grand Ballroom is the centrepiece of our events offering. With its Art Deco interiors, integrated stage, sprung dance floor and private bar, it provides an impressive setting for weddings, conferences and major celebrations. We can accommodate up to 250 wedding guests and as many as 300 conference delegates within this space. We also provide smaller meeting and private-dining environments, giving us the flexibility to host occasions ranging from intimate business meetings to larger seminars and celebrations. Our corporate facilities can accommodate groups from 2 to 250 delegates, while our private-hire service caters for meetings, conferences, business dinners, networking receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, baby showers, proms, funeral receptions and corporate celebrations.
