Castle Park is a multi-purpose sports, conference and events venue on Armthorpe Road in Doncaster and is the home ground of Doncaster Knights rugby. Beyond sporting fixtures, the venue has developed a substantial conference and hospitality operation, offering modern suites, executive boxes and private-event facilities. Its conference facilities are promoted for meetings, conferences, celebrations, weddings, exhibitions, corporate hospitality and other bespoke events. The venue is particularly useful for corporate events because its rooms range from small executive boxes suitable for only a few delegates through to the 338m² Millennium Suite, which can accommodate up to 350 people theatre-style. Several suites have balconies overlooking the pitch, while some have private bar facilities. Castle Park provides free on-site parking, Wi-Fi, natural daylight and catering prepared by its on-site chef. The venue also promotes bespoke menus that can accommodate dietary requirements. Its sporting setting gives the venue a different character from conventional hotels and conference centres. Executive boxes can provide smaller, more private meeting environments, while the larger suites can support conferences, exhibitions, receptions and celebrations. The grounds and stadium setting can additionally provide opportunities for outdoor or sports-related activities.
The Woodside Suite is positioned at the southern end of the De Mulder Lloyd Stand. It has full-length glass windows overlooking the pitch, a balcony extending along the room and a private bar that can be opened when required. It is suitable for conferences, receptions, corporate events and larger meetings.
The Twickenham Suite is located within the Main Club Building and provides a medium-sized conference and function environment. It has its own private bar facility and balcony overlooking the main Castle Park pitch. The space is suitable for conferences, presentations, meetings, celebrations and corporate hospitality events.
The Murrayfield Suite is an 85m² conference and event space within Castle Park. Its published capacities make it suitable for up to 100 delegates theatre-style, with smaller configurations for cabaret and classroom events. It is appropriate for conferences, meetings, training sessions, presentations and private functions.
The Millennium Suite is Castle Park's largest published conference space and can accommodate up to 350 people theatre-style. At 338m², it is suitable for major conferences, exhibitions, large celebrations and corporate events. The suite provides the venue's highest-capacity conventional indoor event configuration.
The Lansdowne Suite is an 86m² event room designed for smaller conferences, meetings, training and private functions. Its theatre capacity is 60, while classroom and cabaret configurations accommodate smaller groups. It provides a flexible alternative to Castle Park's larger suites for medium-sized events.
The Hesley Suite is a compact 30m² meeting and event room with a published capacity of 30 delegates across theatre, cabaret and classroom configurations. It is appropriate for smaller meetings, training sessions, workshops, presentations and private gatherings requiring a dedicated indoor space.
The Double Executive Box is a private event space within the De Mulder Lloyd West Stand. At 27m², it offers an intimate environment for meetings, hospitality and celebrations. Its boardroom capacity is 18 and theatre capacity 20, making it particularly useful for small corporate groups.
The Single Executive Box is Castle Park's smallest published event space. Located in the De Mulder Lloyd West Stand, the boxes can be hired on match and non-match days. They provide private, pitch-facing environments for small meetings, hospitality, celebrations and informal corporate gatherings.
The Club House Suite occupies the northern end of the De Mulder Lloyd Stand. It includes a private bar facility and balcony overlooking the main pitch. Its 180-person theatre capacity makes it one of Castle Park's larger spaces and suitable for conferences, celebrations, receptions and corporate hospitality.
The Arms Park Suite forms the main room of Castle Park's Millennium Suite. It has a private bar and balcony overlooking the main pitch and provides capacity for up to 180 theatre-style delegates. It is suitable for conferences, receptions, corporate events, celebrations and other large-format functions.
