Situated on Charterhouse Street in Farringdon, fabric offers a distinctive industrial setting for events that call for music, energy and flexible production. Our venue combines original brickwork, exposed concrete, specialist sound systems and lighting with three connected rooms and multiple bar areas. Beyond our regular electronic music programme, we welcome private events for brands, businesses and creative teams. Our spaces can accommodate brand launches, experiential events, conferences, corporate gatherings, fashion events, press launches, Christmas parties and film or photography productions. With a dedicated private-hire team, flexible layouts, five serviced bars and a VIP area, we can help shape the venue around different event concepts and guest numbers. The venue also includes a green room and the distinctive Cave area. Located in Farringdon, fabric benefits from central London transport connections, making it an option for both London-based guests and visitors travelling into the city.
Our largest advertised event configuration combines Room 1 with the Mezz Bar, overlooking the main dancefloor. The space is suited to large brand launches, corporate parties, product showcases and high-energy receptions.
Our Room 2 configuration combines the club room with the Sunken Bar. It offers a more intimate alternative to Room 1 while retaining the venue’s music and lighting infrastructure, making it suitable for parties, presentations and brand activations.
Our third room offers a smaller-scale setting for private gatherings, brand experiences, music-led events and supporting activities within a larger event programme.
