We are Convene 133 Houndsditch, a modern conference and exhibition venue in the City of London, close to Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields. We provide approximately 4,500 sqm of flexible event space across multiple levels, with 14 meeting rooms and a largest space that can accommodate up to 700 guests. Our venue combines contemporary design with internal balconies, natural daylight, immersive gallery lighting and artwork from local London artists. We support conferences, exhibitions, corporate meetings, product launches, brand activations, presentations and networking programmes. We provide integrated audio-visual technology, laser projection, digital signage and an on-site AV team, alongside in-house catering and dedicated hospitality support. Our flexible rooms can be configured for larger events or divided into smaller sessions and breakout groups. We also offer extensive branding opportunities, allowing organisers to create a customised event environment across our galleries, meeting spaces and circulation areas.
Synergy Hub is our combined conference space formed from Synergy Hub 1 and 2. We accommodate up to 200 guests and provide a flexible environment for conferences, receptions and professional gatherings, with the option to divide the space into two rooms.
Affiliation Hub Combined brings together three flexible rooms to create a larger event environment. We accommodate up to 240 guests and can also be divided into three individual rooms for smaller meetings, presentations or breakout sessions.
Partnership Forum is our flexible large-event space, combining Partnership Forum 1, 2 and 3. We accommodate up to 240 guests and provide a contemporary setting for conferences, keynotes, presentations and larger corporate gatherings.
Our Balcony is a flexible event space for up to 80 guests. We use it for workshops, team sessions and brainstorming meetings, while its position within the venue also makes it useful as part of larger event programmes.
Engage Hub accommodates up to 120 guests and provides a flexible setting for annual general meetings, keynote speakers and large presentations. We combine contemporary design with modern event technology and dedicated support.
Interact Hub is our spacious meeting and event room for up to 150 guests. We provide a contemporary environment suitable for conferences, receptions and professional gatherings, supported by modern technology and Convene's hospitality and event services.
Circulate Lounge is our intimate 50-person lounge space, designed to work alongside the Gallery and Integrate spaces. We use it to support larger conferences and events with additional networking, circulation or informal gathering space.
Integrate Hub is our large event space, created from Integrate Hub 1, 2 and 3. We accommodate up to 340 guests and provide a flexible setting for large-scale events, keynotes and presentations with modern technology and our full event-support services.
The Terrace is our intimate 50-person space, filled with natural light and designed for smaller meetings and informal catch-ups. We provide a relaxed setting within the wider 133 Houndsditch event environment.
