Welcome to BFI Stephen Street, our central London venue in the vibrant West End. We provide flexible screening and meeting spaces for film professionals, businesses and private clients seeking a distinctive setting for their events. Our two screening rooms, each seating 36 guests, are ideal for private film presentations, industry screenings, technical checks, interviews and filming. We also offer three meeting rooms, with layouts accommodating boardroom meetings for up to 24 guests or theatre-style gatherings for up to 40, depending on the room and configuration. Our facilities include air-conditioned meeting spaces, natural light, modern meeting equipment and professional audiovisual support for screening bookings. Whether you are organising a corporate meeting, product launch, private screening or reception, we work with you to plan a suitable experience. Our central Fitzrovia location places us close to Tottenham Court Road and London's West End. We also arrange catering through Stephen St Kitchen, subject to your event requirements.
