We offer a flexible, industrial-style event venue in the heart of Shoreditch, designed for events that require adaptable space and strong production facilities. Across three interconnected floors, our venue provides open-plan studios, a basement event space, a loading bay and adaptable areas that can be hired individually or combined for larger productions. We accommodate brand activations, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, fashion presentations, filming, private parties and live entertainment. Our facilities include accessible spaces, high-capacity power, lighting and sound infrastructure, loading access and areas that can support catering, production and event operations. The ground floor offers direct street access and a white-box environment for installations and pop-ups, while the basement is suited to performances and immersive experiences. Our first floor provides two adaptable spaces with natural daylight options and private entrances. We work with organisers to tailor the venue to their event requirements.
The Basement is an industrial-style event space equipped for live performances, DJ events and immersive productions, with audiovisual infrastructure, rigging points, lighting, sound and a dedicated greenroom for performers.
Studio 3 provides a flexible, white-box environment with direct ground-floor access, making it suitable for product launches, brand activations, exhibitions and installations that require an adaptable open layout.
Studio 4 offers a smaller adaptable studio for pop-ups, displays, workshops and supporting event activities, with the flexibility to operate independently or alongside other ground-floor areas.
First Floor Space One offers an adaptable, daylight-capable environment for exhibitions, creative workshops, pop-ups and branded events, with private access and flexible production arrangements.
First Floor Space Two provides a second flexible studio for separate event activities, breakout sessions, displays or production areas, and can be hired alongside the neighbouring first-floor space.
