Welcome to English National Ballet at the Mulryan Centre for Dance, our purpose-built home on London City Island. We offer a distinctive setting where creativity, performance and professional events come together. Our building houses state-of-the-art dance studios and a large production studio that can be adapted for conferences, training sessions, presentations, receptions and creative productions. We also provide meeting rooms, foyer spaces and other flexible areas for organisers looking for a contemporary East London venue. Our facilities include sprung dance flooring in our rehearsal studios, sound systems, screens in selected spaces, Wi-Fi and accessible routes throughout the building. We work with event organisers to discuss room layouts, technical requirements, catering and production needs, with recommended suppliers available on request. Located a short walk from Canning Town station, our centre is convenient for guests travelling by Underground, DLR and bus.
Our Holloway Production Studio is a flexible, high-ceilinged space with a full-height fly tower. We can transform it for conferences, training, technical theatre, presentations, dining and large receptions.
Our rehearsal studios are spacious, acoustically treated rooms with sprung flooring, mirrors, ballet bars and natural light. We offer them for dance rehearsals, auditions, workshops, training and presentations.
Our Dorfman Foyer is an open-plan reception space featuring a statement staircase and contemporary surroundings. We can host drinks receptions, networking events, social gatherings and bespoke performances here.
Our Bickle Room is suited to meetings and smaller business events. We provide a large HD screen, speakers, Wi-Fi and a wireless audiovisual sender to support presentations and collaborative sessions.
Our Wigoder Gallery provides a creative setting within the centre. We can discuss its suitability for exhibitions, receptions, networking and other events, with the final layout and capacity confirmed by our venue-hire team.
