The William James Function Room is Mount Pleasant's largest individually published current function space. The room is highly flexible and suitable for conferences, weddings, dinners, parties, receptions and corporate events.
The Alice Maud Room is one of Mount Pleasant's established conference and function spaces and can operate independently or combine with the adjoining Thomas Stocks Room. Its smaller footprint makes it appropriate for meetings, dinners, workshops and smaller celebrations, while the combined configuration provides considerably greater event capacity.
The Thomas Stocks Room is a flexible conference and function room adjoining the Alice Maud Room. Its partitioning allows the two rooms to operate independently or as a larger combined space. The room is suited to meetings, training, workshops and corporate functions and can accommodate up to 75 theatre-style.
The Orangery is a dedicated function suite added to Mount Pleasant's events operation in 2016. It provides an elegant, light-filled setting for conferences, weddings, private dinners and receptions. The Study is Mount Pleasant's smallest identified meeting space and is designed for highly intimate meetings or private discussions. The published conference schedule gives it a boardroom capacity of six and dinner capacity of six. It is therefore most appropriate for executive meetings, interviews and very small private gatherings.
Henrys is one of Mount Pleasant's smaller private spaces and is particularly suitable for intimate meetings or private dining. The conference schedule lists capacity for 10 delegates in boardroom configuration and up to 14 for dinner. It provides a useful small-group option within the hotel's broader events operation.
