Steeped in more than 700 years of history, Skinners’ Hall gives a remarkable setting in the heart of the City of London for events, dining, meetings and celebrations. Our Grade I listed building combines historic architecture with contemporary design following a major restoration, creating a venue that feels both distinctive and modern. We offer a collection of spaces across the building, including our Great Hall, Old Court Room, Vaults, Roof Terrace and Pavilion, Inner Courtyard and more intimate rooms for meetings and private dining. Our spaces allow us to host different event formats, from smaller private gatherings and dinners to larger receptions and celebrations. The Roof Terrace and Pavilion provide a rare open-air setting in the City, while our Vaults offer an atmospheric event environment with its own entrance. We also have the flexibility to host concurrent events in different parts of the building. Our restored spaces preserve the character of Skinners’ Hall while giving us the facilities needed for contemporary events.
Our Great Hall is our principal historic event space, combining heritage architecture with contemporary event facilities. We can accommodate up to 180 guests, making it suitable for larger receptions, dinners and celebrations.
Our Inner Courtyard creates a peaceful oasis within the City, giving events an attractive outdoor environment surrounded by the historic architecture of Skinners’ Hall.
Our Old Court Room offers understated elegance within the historic Hall. We provide a distinctive setting for dinners, receptions and private events, with capacity for up to 90 guests.
Our Committee Room provides an intimate setting for private dining and meetings, surrounded by oak-panelled interiors. We accommodate up to 12 guests for smaller gatherings and discussions.
Our Vaults create an atmospheric setting for events beneath Skinners’ Hall. With a separate entrance from College Street, we can host events independently while offering a distinctive historic environment.
Our Court Room is lined with rare Virginian cedar wood and opens directly onto our roof terrace, allowing us to create an attractive inside-and-outside event experience.
Our Roof Terrace and Pavilion provide a rare open-air event setting in the City of London. We can accommodate up to 250 guests here, making it suitable for larger receptions and celebrations.
