The Green Drawing Room is Broughton Hall's principal formal event room, combining historic character with a refined setting for presentations, talks, receptions and wedding celebrations. It is the Hall's principal ceremony and dining space for weddings and can accommodate up to 55 guests under the current general event specification.
The Red Drawing Room is an elegant and comfortable reception and relaxation room within Broughton Hall. Its more informal character makes it particularly suitable for pre-dinner drinks, informal conversations, breakout activity and private hospitality. It complements the more formal Green Drawing Room and forms part of the Hall's exclusive-use experience.
The Library provides an intimate and characterful environment for informal meetings, private conversations and breakout sessions. Its historic atmosphere makes it particularly appropriate for leadership retreats and residential corporate events where smaller groups need a quieter space away from the principal meeting room. It also provides a relaxed guest lounge.
The Dining Room is Broughton Hall's principal intimate dining and small-meeting space. With capacity for up to 22 guests, it is well suited to executive dinners, private meals, smaller meetings and corporate hospitality. Its historic setting provides a more intimate alternative to the larger Green Drawing Room.
The Conservatory is a light, informal supporting space within Broughton Hall, particularly useful for breaks, informal conversations and relaxation during meetings or residential events. Its connection with the surrounding grounds gives guests an opportunity to step away from formal meeting areas while remaining within the main historic house.
The main Utopia event area is a bright, flexible contemporary space overlooking the Walled Garden. Its open-plan design and extensive glazing create a strong connection with the surrounding landscape. It is suitable for conferences, networking, presentations, product launches, private dining, weddings and larger celebrations, with outdoor space available.
The Home Room is Utopia's smallest meeting space and is designed for intimate discussions, executive meetings and focused one-to-one or small-team sessions. It incorporates an inspiration library and provides a quieter environment within the contemporary Utopia building, making it particularly appropriate for confidential meetings and small-group work.
The Hopkins Room is Utopia's larger dedicated meeting room, designed for meetings, presentations and team-building exercises. Its central table creates a collaborative layout while views towards the Walled Garden provide a strong connection with the surrounding landscape. It is particularly suited to small corporate groups and leadership discussions.
