Set beside the River Thames in Hammersmith, our Linden House offers an elegant and intimate setting within a historic Georgian property. Our four-storey riverside building has a long connection with water sports and is home to the London Corinthian Sailing Club and Sons of the Thames Rowing Club. We open our rooms and facilities for meetings, conferences, networking events, product launches, private dining, celebrations, weddings and receptions. Our spaces combine period character, natural daylight and river views with practical event facilities including complimentary Wi-Fi and AV equipment. The Ballroom provides our largest event space, while the Captain’s Room and Commodore’s Room offer more intimate settings. Our second-floor Boardroom and Members Bar provide additional options for meetings, networking and smaller gatherings. The Front and River Terraces add valuable outdoor space, particularly for receptions and weddings. Our Events Team can also help with menus, room layouts and event planning, while our wedding licence allows couples to hold civil ceremonies and receptions at the house.
Our largest room sits on the ground floor and benefits from large Georgian sash windows, abundant natural daylight and views towards the Front Terrace. It accommodates up to 80 for a standing reception and 68 for dining.
Our Captain’s Room is a versatile ground-floor space with three large windows, natural light and access towards the terrace. It accommodates up to 32 theatre-style and 24 for banqueting, making it suitable for smaller meetings and celebrations.
Our first-floor Commodore’s Room offers a quieter setting with attractive River Thames views and an adjoining Members Bar. It accommodates up to 30 theatre-style, 24 for banqueting and 20 for a standing reception.
Our Members Bar is a spacious second-floor room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the River Thames. It can accommodate up to 40 for theatre or cabaret and 30 in boardroom format, making it suitable for presentations and networking.
Our second-floor Boardroom provides an intimate and private setting for focused meetings. It has a light, uncluttered atmosphere, river views and AV facilities, with capacity for 10 in boardroom format or 12 theatre-style.
Our River Terrace provides an outdoor riverside setting that can complement selected private events and wedding bookings. It is included with the hire of the Ballroom and Captain’s Room for their respective wedding packages.
