Steeped in more than 300 years of royal history, we offer an exceptional event setting within Kensington Gardens in the heart of West London. Our venue combines historic State Apartment interiors, the elegant Queen Anne’s Orangery and private outdoor spaces, giving organisers flexibility to create intimate dinners, sophisticated receptions, weddings and large-scale celebrations. The State Apartments provide a sequence of interlinking royal rooms, while The Orangery offers a light-filled setting overlooking its private lawns. For larger occasions, our Orangery Lawns can accommodate bespoke marquee structures, allowing events to extend from the palace interiors into the gardens. We work with approved suppliers and provide an event manager, cleaner and electrician as part of our dry-hire service. We can also arrange exhibition access and Palace Guides for additional experiences, making us suitable for both formal celebrations and distinctive corporate events.

The Orangery

The Cupola Room

We offer an ornate room designed by William Kent, featuring rich gold decoration and a striking trompe l’œil ceiling. We create an intimate setting for receptions and formal dining.

The King’s Drawing Room

We provide an elegant historic room once used for royal entertaining. Rich period details and natural character make us suitable for intimate dinners and sophisticated receptions. We can also combine with the adjoining Cupola Room.

The Orangery Terrace & Lawn

We provide an outdoor terrace and lawn adjoining The Orangery that can support event layouts and small-scale temporary structures. It can also form part of larger event arrangements using The Orangery and surrounding gardens.
