Our BMA House venue combines historic architecture with modern facilities in the heart of Bloomsbury. Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, our Grade II listed building provides a wide range of spaces for conferences, meetings, receptions, dinners and private events. Our Great Hall offers our largest dedicated setting, while the adjoining Lutyens Suite provides additional space for larger receptions and events. We also have a courtyard and a broad selection of smaller meeting and conference rooms, allowing us to accommodate both intimate meetings and larger programmes across the building. Our rooms are equipped with projectors and screens, with PA systems and other AV facilities available according to the space and event requirements. We provide in-house catering, event planning and technical support, including a dedicated technician with Great Hall hire. Our combination of historic interiors, flexible layouts, professional event facilities and central London location makes BMA House suitable for corporate, academic, professional and private events.
Our Great Hall is our largest individual event room, accommodating up to 294 guests in theatre style, 320 for a reception and 200 for dinner. It provides a substantial setting for conferences, presentations, receptions and formal events.
Our Paget Room accommodates up to 156 guests in theatre style, 80 in cabaret and 160 for a reception. It includes integrated AV facilities and works well for conferences, seminars and presentations.
Our Snow Room accommodates up to 105 guests in theatre style, 64 in cabaret and 150 for a reception. It provides a flexible setting for conferences, presentations, training and corporate events.
Our Prince's Room is a smaller event and meeting space accommodating up to 70 theatre style or 90 for a reception. It is suitable for meetings, training, presentations and private functions.
Our Bevan Suite accommodates up to 150 guests in theatre style, 77 in cabaret and 160 for a reception. It is suitable for conferences, seminars, training and corporate events.
Our Black Room accommodates up to 100 guests in theatre style and 100 for a reception. It provides a flexible setting for presentations, meetings and smaller conferences.
Our Harvey Room accommodates up to 84 guests in theatre style and 100 for a reception. It provides a flexible space for meetings, presentations and smaller events.
Our Council Chamber accommodates up to 97 guests in theatre style. It provides a formal setting for meetings, presentations and professional events.
Our Courtyard Suite accommodates up to 120 theatre style, 64 cabaret and 150 for a standing buffet. It provides a flexible event environment with the adjoining courtyard available for suitable events.
Our Murrell Barnes Suite accommodates up to 88 theatre style and 160 for a reception. It can support conferences, meetings, networking and other corporate events.
Our Anderson Barnes Suite accommodates up to 70 guests in theatre style and 80 for a standing buffet. It provides a flexible setting for meetings, training and smaller conferences.
Our Murrell Room is a smaller meeting and event space accommodating up to 55 theatre style or 70 for a standing buffet. It works well for meetings, workshops and breakout sessions.
Our Dickens Room accommodates up to 40 guests in theatre style, 28 in cabaret and 60 for a standing buffet. It provides a flexible setting for meetings, workshops and smaller events.
Our Lister-Fleming Suite provides a flexible smaller-event configuration accommodating up to 40 guests in theatre style and 40 for a standing buffet. It can support meetings, training and breakout activity.
Our Carter Room is a small meeting room for up to 12 guests in boardroom style, providing a private setting for focused meetings and discussions.
Our Jenner Room accommodates up to 18 guests in boardroom style and 20 for a standing buffet. It provides a private environment for smaller meetings and discussions.
Our Simpson Room is a compact meeting space accommodating up to 16 guests in a standing-buffet configuration or 12 boardroom style. It is suited to small meetings and breakout sessions.
Our Lister and Fleming rooms are smaller individual meeting spaces within the Lister-Fleming configuration. Each accommodates up to 12 guests boardroom style and can be used for focused meetings or breakout sessions.
Our Aldrich-Blake Room is a compact meeting space for up to 24 guests in boardroom style. It is designed for smaller meetings and focused discussions.
Our Magill Room is a compact meeting room for up to 10 guests boardroom style. It is suitable for small meetings, interviews and focused discussions.
Our Tudor-Hart Room is our smallest meeting space, accommodating up to 16 guests in boardroom style. It provides an intimate setting for small meetings and discussions.
Our Worcester Room accommodates up to 72 theatre style and 75 for a standing buffet. It is suitable for meetings, presentations, training and smaller receptions.
Our Bloomsbury Room is a compact meeting space accommodating up to 22 guests in boardroom style. It is suited to small meetings, discussions and breakout activity.
