The Great Chamber is one of the estate's principal historic indoor event spaces. Fountains Hall is the estate's Jacobean mansion and provides an atmospheric historic environment for private functions and events. Its architecture and heritage character make it particularly suitable for receptions, dining, weddings, corporate entertaining and special occasions where an historic-house setting is desired.
The Oak Room is a smaller historic meeting and event room within the Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal estate. With capacity for approximately 20 people, it is best suited to intimate meetings, private discussions, small receptions and compact corporate gatherings rather than large conferences or celebrations.
The Marquee is the largest identified event space within the estate, with capacity for up to 200 people standing. It provides a flexible environment for larger receptions, celebrations and private events, particularly where the surrounding historic landscape forms an important part of the experience.
The Aislabie Suite is one of the estate's larger dedicated conference/event spaces. It can accommodate up to 106 people and is therefore suited to conferences, presentations, corporate meetings, training sessions and larger private functions. Fame is a small meeting and event room within the estate. It accommodates up to 25 people and is suitable for focused meetings, workshops, private discussions and small corporate gatherings. Its relatively compact size makes it appropriate as a standalone meeting room or as part of a larger event programme.
Piety is another small meeting/event room within the Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal estate. Its published maximum capacity is 25 people, matching the Fame room. It is appropriate for meetings, workshops and small-group events and can function as a compact breakout or standalone meeting environment.
