Located on Stamford Street in South Bank, our Conference Centre provides flexible meeting and event facilities within Coin Street’s wider community-focused neighbourhood. We offer modern spaces for smaller meetings through to conferences of up to 170 delegates, with a range of layouts to suit different event requirements. Our rooms combine built-in audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi, presentation facilities and, in selected spaces, hybrid meeting technology with high-definition cameras and streaming capabilities. We also provide accessible facilities throughout the building, including lifts, accessible toilets and hearing loops. Our event team can support planning and room configuration, while our sustainable catering partner provides food for delegates. The building incorporates a range of environmental features, and the income generated from our commercial activities is reinvested into the local community. We are within walking distance of Waterloo, Southwark and Blackfriars stations and have an underground car park nearby. Our Roof Terrace and selected rooms also provide outdoor space for breaks, refreshments and informal networking.

South Bank Suite
Price on requestOur South Bank Suite is a private basement-level event space for up to 160 theatre-style. It includes a large private foyer, dual projectors, PA equipment and hybrid cameras, making it suitable for conferences and workshops.
Roof Terrace
Price on requestOur Roof Terrace provides an outdoor setting with views across South Bank. We use it for informal networking, breakout space and post-meeting refreshments, particularly during the warmer months.
Palm Meeting Room
Price on requestOur Palm Meeting Room is a purpose-built meeting space about two minutes from the main Conference Centre. It has floor-to-ceiling daylight, modern AV facilities and access to a small outdoor garden.
Neighbourhood Room
Price on requestOur Neighbourhood Room is a bright ground-floor space with natural light and direct access to an outdoor terrace. We accommodate up to 120 theatre-style or 160 for a standing reception.
South Bank 1
Price on requestOur South Bank 1 is one of two flexible rooms that can be hired independently or together. It accommodates up to 70 theatre-style and includes projection, PA equipment, hybrid cameras and an induction loop.
South Bank 2
Price on requestOur South Bank 2 offers the same flexible meeting format as South Bank 1 and can be used independently or combined with it. It accommodates up to 70 theatre-style and supports hybrid meetings.
South Bank 3
Price on requestOur South Bank 3 is an attached syndicate room within the South Bank Suite arrangement. It provides smaller breakout space for up to 20 people in boardroom style.
Max Nasatyr Room
Price on requestOur Max Nasatyr Room is the main meeting room within the Third Floor Suite. It accommodates up to 170 theatre-style and includes dual projection, hybrid cameras, streaming and an induction loop.
Fred Miller Room
Price on requestOur Fred Miller Room is a smaller breakout and meeting room within the Third Floor Suite. It accommodates up to 35 theatre-style and includes hybrid technology, an 85-inch 4K screen and natural daylight.
Lil Patrick Room
Price on requestOur Lil Patrick Room is the smallest room within the Third Floor Suite. It accommodates up to 25 theatre-style and provides hybrid meeting technology, a 75-inch 4K screen and natural daylight.
