Located within the historic County Hall on London’s South Bank, etc.venues County Hall provides a large, flexible setting for conferences, meetings and corporate events. Our venue covers more than 68,000 square feet across two connected floors and contains multi-use meeting rooms, allowing us to accommodate both smaller meetings and large-scale events. Our largest space, the County Suite, can accommodate up to 400 guests, while other suites and meeting rooms provide a range of capacities for different event formats. We combine restored architectural features with modern event facilities, including in-room plug-and-play technology, shared hospitality areas, in-house catering and private dining options. Our Thames Lounge provides an open networking and refreshment area with views towards the River Thames and Houses of Parliament. We also offer exhibition facilities, branding opportunities and dedicated event support. Our location within County Hall places us beside the London Eye and close to Waterloo and Westminster stations, making the venue suitable for investor conferences, roadshows, government events, training programmes, exhibitions, networking and team-building activities.

County Suite

Our County Suite is our largest event space, accommodating up to 400 guests. Airwalls allow us to divide the suite into two working sessions, with theatre, cabaret, classroom, banquet, boardroom and U-shape layouts.

Waterloo Suite

Our Waterloo Suite accommodates more than 300 guests and is designed for large trainings, industry events and speaker panels. We can also configure it for conferences, banquets, classrooms and exhibitions.

Lord Suite

Our Lord Suite is designed for mid-sized training sessions, sales kick-offs and team offsites. Airwalls allow us to divide the suite into up to three working sessions for flexible meeting formats.

Westminster Meeting Room

Our Westminster Meeting Room accommodates up to 150 guests and provides a prestigious setting for larger meetings, presentations and executive events, with the advantage of the wider County Hall facilities.

Countess

Our Countess meeting room accommodates up to 56 guests and benefits from natural light and a contemporary design. It is suitable for meetings, training, presentations and smaller corporate events.

Coade Room

Camera Room

Thames Lounge

Our Thames Lounge is a large open space overlooking the Thames and Houses of Parliament. We use it for networking, refreshments and exhibitions, with capacity for up to eight small exhibition stands.
