Lemmington Hall is our magnificent Georgian manor and exclusive-use summer wedding venue in the Northumberland countryside. We are set within 12 acres of private gardens and grounds, combining historic architecture with beautifully designed spaces for an unforgettable two-night wedding experience. Our Grade II* listed Hall incorporates the historic Forgotten Tower, elegant Dining Room, sophisticated Music Room and impressive Grand Staircase, while our outdoor spaces include the tranquil Water Garden, West Terrace, Walled Garden, Chinese Garden, orchard and private woodland. We offer a choice of six indoor and outdoor ceremony settings, allowing couples to create a celebration that feels personal to them. Our award-winning culinary team provides bespoke wedding menus, while our dedicated events team supports couples throughout their stay. We also provide seven luxurious suites, including a dedicated wedding suite, so the couple and their closest guests can stay at the Hall. We host a limited number of weddings during the summer season, creating an intimate and exclusive experience.
Our historic Forgotten Tower is one of the most distinctive spaces at Lemmington Hall. We use it for ceremonies and wedding breakfasts, with seating for up to 80 guests. Its original stonework, stained glass, fireplace and woodland-inspired décor create a dramatic setting.
Our Music Room provides an elegant setting for intimate ceremonies and evening celebrations. We can accommodate up to 40 guests for ceremonies and up to 100 guests for evening dancing, with direct access to our West Terrace.
Our Dining Room offers a bright and refined setting overlooking our private woodland. We can host up to 60 seated guests for ceremonies here, making it particularly suited to more intimate wedding celebrations.
Our Water Garden is our tranquil outdoor ceremony setting. We create a distinctive waterside backdrop here, with our floating ceremony arrangement accommodating up to 80 guests
Our West Terrace provides an outdoor setting overlooking the surrounding woodland and Northumberland countryside. We can use the terrace and adjoining lawn for ceremonies of up to 80 guests, as well as drinks receptions and evening BBQs.
Our Grand Staircase provides a spectacular indoor ceremony setting. We can comfortably seat 24 guests, with an additional 56 standing, creating an intimate ceremony surrounded by the Hall's Georgian architecture.
Our 12-acre estate gives us extensive outdoor space, including the Water Garden, Walled Garden, Chinese Garden, orchard and private woodland. These areas provide ceremony settings, drinks-reception spaces and opportunities for wedding photography.
