The Out Barn at Clough Bottom

The Out Barn at Clough Bottom is our family-owned and operated countryside venue in the Ribble Valley, set within the wider Clough Bottom Farm estate. We have carefully converted our historic 17th-century stone barn into a contemporary event space while retaining its traditional character and connection with the surrounding farmland. Our large elliptical function room features a cedar-clad extension, generous glazing and oak bi-fold doors that allow the countryside to become part of the event. We also have a smaller dining room within the original stone barn, giving us flexibility for intimate gatherings, quieter spaces and smaller celebrations. Our elevated rural position provides uninterrupted views towards Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside. We offer exclusive use, making the venue particularly suited to weddings and private celebrations, while our facilities can also accommodate conferences and other events. On-site accommodation at the Old Dairy Cottage allows guests to stay close to the celebration.
