Welcome to 110 Rochester Row, a contemporary meetings and events venue in Westminster, just a short walk from London Victoria Station. Our purpose-designed space offers approximately 6,000 square feet of flexible event facilities across two floors, with rooms that can be arranged individually, combined into suites or opened up for exclusive venue hire. We cater for conferences, seminars, workshops, training days, board meetings, interviews, strategic reviews and product launches. Our rooms feature integrated audio-visual equipment, high-speed Wi-Fi, digital signage and simple controls for lighting, sound and air conditioning. Our experienced events team provides support throughout the planning process and on the day, while our catering partner, Eden, offers menus for refreshments, delegate lunches and evening receptions. We also place importance on environmental responsibility and have promoted our commitment to zero-to-landfill operations. Whether you need a small meeting room or a larger conference setting, we offer flexible arrangements designed around your event and delegates.

Our principal conference suite provides a flexible setting for conferences, presentations, exhibitions and networking. It can be arranged for theatre-style seating, cabaret, classroom layouts or catering receptions.

Nightingale Suite

Our second suite is suitable for medium-sized conferences, training sessions, presentations and receptions. It can also be divided or used alongside other meeting rooms, subject to the chosen setup.

Dawson Room

Seacole Room
