Dating back to the 19th century, we occupy the former London Leather, Hide and Wool Exchange in Bermondsey, giving our Grade II listed building a distinctive character and history. Today, we provide flexible office, studio and meeting spaces for businesses and creative teams, with options ranging from smaller spaces to accommodation for teams of up to 300 people. Our recently refreshed communal areas include comfortable lounges, phone booths, an outdoor space with pergolas and a central courtyard. We also provide meeting rooms equipped with Wi-Fi, LED screens, AV and video-conferencing technology. Our on-site café, Food by Toby, provides refreshments, while The Leather Exchange pub offers a convenient setting for informal gatherings. We are well connected, with London Bridge around seven minutes away and Borough around eleven minutes on foot. Our combination of historic architecture, flexible spaces and modern facilities makes us suitable for meetings, training, networking and business events.
