Olympia London is our historic and newly transformed event destination in West London, where we combine more than 140 years of event heritage with modern facilities designed for large-scale exhibitions, conferences, live events and experiences. We offer a collection of flexible spaces, including our iconic Grand Hall, National Hall, West Hall and International Convention Centre. Our spaces range from vast exhibition halls to purpose-built auditoriums, breakout rooms, business lounges and flexible conference areas. We welcome exhibitions, conferences, conventions, product launches, fashion shows, sporting events, live performances, corporate gatherings and consumer experiences. We also provide advanced AV and digital technology, natural daylight, premium dining, dedicated entrances, loading facilities and professional event support. Our International Convention Centre adds auditorium, seminar, networking and hospitality facilities, while our wider destination includes on-site hotels and restaurants. We can also connect several of our spaces, giving organisers the flexibility to create larger, multi-zone events across the Olympia estate.
The Grand Hall is our iconic Grade II listed event space, offering 14,000 sqm of open floor area beneath our famous Victorian barrel-vaulted roof. We accommodate up to 7,000 guests and can connect directly with our National Hall and West Hall.
West Hall Level 1 gives us 3,300 sqm of bright, modern event space with an open and adaptable layout. We accommodate up to 2,200 guests or 1,200 seated, giving organisers a flexible setting for exhibitions, conferences, launches and live events.
Our International Convention Centre is our purpose-built conference and convention environment, combining approximately 3,000 sqm of flexible space with two theatre-style auditoriums, breakout rooms, business lounges and advanced AV technology. We support conferences, conventions, corporate events, AGMs, summits, seminars and hybrid programmes.
The National Hall gives us 8,730 sqm of flexible event space with the architectural character of Olympia's Victorian halls. We accommodate up to 5,000 guests or 2,000 seated, while our gallery floor creates additional possibilities for event layouts and hospitality.
West Hall Ground Floor gives us 3,400 sqm of contemporary, flexible event space with minimal support pillars and excellent sightlines. We accommodate up to 2,250 guests or 1,200 seated, making us suitable for exhibitions, conferences, launches and live performances.
