Located in the heart of London at Lincoln’s Inn Fields, our historic headquarters combines the heritage of the Royal College of Surgeons of England with modern conference and event facilities. Our transformed building brings together contemporary meeting spaces, world-class education facilities and The View, our sixth-floor conference and events venue overlooking the historic square and London skyline. The View provides a flexible environment for conferences, meetings, corporate ceremonies, weddings, parties, dinners and receptions, with modern technology and a large outdoor terrace. We can accommodate events of up to 300 guests in theatre or reception style, while our smaller rooms provide more intimate settings for meetings and breakout sessions. Our first-floor Lumley Library and Erasmus Wilson Room offer a distinctive historic environment for smaller dinners and ceremonies. We also provide professional event support, integrated AV facilities, catering and flexible room arrangements. Our central location, historic character and contemporary facilities allow us to create professional and memorable events for both corporate and private clients.
Our Conference Suite forms the central event space within The View, providing a flexible setting for conferences, presentations, dinners and large receptions. We accommodate up to 300 guests for theatre-style events and can configure the space for different event formats.
Park View Suite overlooks historic Lincoln’s Inn Fields and gives our guests direct access to our private terrace. We use the space for receptions, catering breaks, networking and exhibitions, while its natural light creates an elegant event setting.
Our Newman Suite combines contemporary functionality with original wooden panelling, creating an intimate environment for smaller meetings and breakout sessions. We provide a 75-inch screen and video-conferencing facilities, making the room suitable for technology-enabled meetings.
The Linder Boardroom gives us a professional setting for focused discussions, strategy sessions and executive meetings. Original wooden panelling adds historic character, while our 75-inch screen, video-conferencing equipment and teleconferencing microphones support modern business requirements.
The Erasmus Wilson Room forms part of our historic first-floor event offering alongside the Lumley Library. We use this elegant setting for receptions and as a welcome area for private dining, providing an atmospheric introduction to events held within our heritage spaces.
Our Lumley Library provides an elegant historic setting surrounded by the College’s distinguished medical literature collection. We can host intimate dinners, receptions, ceremonies and corporate occasions here, with the space accommodating up to 90 guests for a seated dinner.
Our Ground Floor Room provides a more intimate setting within the College, with natural light and large windows overlooking Lincoln’s Inn Fields. We offer this recently refurbished room for smaller gatherings and festive events, subject to availability and event requirements.
