Our central Sunderland location combines high-quality meeting facilities with innovation spaces, shared areas, offices and strong digital infrastructure. We have three bookable meeting rooms and a prestigious boardroom, giving teams flexible options for formal meetings, training, interviews, presentations and collaborative sessions. Our four innovation rooms add specialist environments for user testing, focus groups, product launches, presentations and creative ideation. We support bookings with high-spec AV equipment, Wi-Fi, technical assistance, catering and refreshments, while our shared atrium, kitchen and garden create opportunities for informal networking and social interaction. Our boardroom accommodates up to 20 people, while our other meeting spaces provide smaller settings for focused teams.
