Clubhouse at Space House

We offer a distinctive rooftop event space at Space House, a Grade II-listed building in central London. Our Clubhouse combines a contemporary indoor setting with a private wraparound terrace, providing a flexible environment for professional and social gatherings. Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings natural light into the room, while the terrace provides additional space and skyline views. We can accommodate up to 80 guests indoors in theatre-style seating, with capacity increasing to 100 guests when the terrace is included. Our space is suited to corporate receptions, networking events, leadership meetings, presentations, panel discussions, product launches, press previews and company celebrations. Flexible layouts allow the setting to adapt to different event formats, from focused business sessions to informal hospitality. Catering and event support can be discussed as part of the booking. Located in the Holborn and Covent Garden area, we provide a central London setting for organisations looking for a modern venue with distinctive architecture and outdoor space.
