Set in the heart of Westminster, 10–11 Carlton House Terrace combines a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse with modern facilities for conferences, meetings, private events and celebrations. We offer 10 event spaces across three floors, each with its own character, natural daylight and flexible layouts. Our rooms range from intimate meeting spaces to larger conference and reception rooms, with the SHAPE Room providing a contemporary setting for hybrid and digital-first events. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, in-house AV support, streaming facilities, dedicated event planning and catering through Searcys. Our historic rooms overlook St James's Park, The Mall and Waterloo Place, while our lower-ground spaces provide a more modern environment for presentations, exhibitions and networking. We also accommodate weddings, private dining, award dinners, parties, filming and photography, with rooms available individually or in combination depending on the event.
The SHAPE Room is our largest individual event space, offering a contemporary, double-height and pillarless environment for conferences, presentations, debates, exhibitions and hybrid events. We provide advanced streaming, projection, staging and a dedicated green room.
The Beatrice Webb Room & Gallery provides one of our largest and most distinctive period settings. We use the room for conferences, dinners, weddings, receptions and celebrations, while the adjoining Gallery provides additional space for drinks, networking and guest circulation.
The Council Room combines ornate period detailing with natural daylight from its bay windows. We host conferences, meetings, private dining, wedding celebrations and receptions here, with the alcove also providing space for a bar, DJ or small stage.
Our Music Room offers an elegant period setting for meetings, private dining, wedding ceremonies, receptions and celebrations. We can also use it alongside the other first-floor rooms for larger private events.
The Radhakrishnan Room provides a refined setting with period character and natural daylight. We use it for meetings, private dining, wedding ceremonies, receptions and smaller corporate or social events.
The Barnard Room offers a flexible first-floor setting for meetings, conferences, dinners and receptions. We can also use it alongside the Council Room as an additional area for catering, refreshments or networking.
The Reading Room combines traditional interiors with natural daylight and a quieter atmosphere. We host meetings, dinners, receptions, wedding ceremonies, conferences and private celebrations here.
The Library provides an intimate setting surrounded by traditional bookcases and period details. We offer it for meetings, private dining, wedding ceremonies, receptions and smaller corporate or social gatherings.
The Lecture Room is one of our purpose-built lower-ground event spaces, designed for conferences, presentations, lectures and media-led events. We provide built-in technical facilities and streaming capabilities for modern event formats.
Our Wohl Gallery provides a flexible contemporary setting for exhibitions, networking, receptions and event support. We can hire it independently or combine it with the SHAPE Room and Lecture Room to create a larger multi-space event environment.
