Located beside Regent’s Park, our Grade I listed headquarters provides a distinctive setting where historic character meets modern event facilities. RCP London Events offers a versatile collection of auditoriums, meeting rooms, exhibition areas, dining spaces and our beautiful medicinal garden. We welcome organisers planning conferences, exhibitions, meetings, training sessions, dinners, receptions, celebrations and other professional events. Our venue combines striking modernist architecture with historic rooms, including the Council Chamber, Dorchester Library and Censors’ Room, alongside our contemporary Wolfson and Seligman Theatres. We support events with dedicated event managers, professional catering and an experienced audio-visual and media team, including streaming and filming services. Our spaces can accommodate different event formats, from intimate meetings to large conferences and receptions. We also provide accessible facilities, sustainable catering options and opportunities to incorporate our museum, heritage collections and medicinal garden into suitable events. Hosting an event with us also contributes to the charitable work of the Royal College of Physicians.
Our Wolfson Theatre is a refurbished, purpose-built tiered auditorium designed for conferences, lectures, panel discussions, AGMs and award ceremonies. We combine modern event technology with sustainable materials and an accessible, neurodiversity-conscious design.
Seligman Theatre is our purpose-built tiered auditorium and lecture theatre for larger presentations and conferences. We provide fixed seating, modern AV and media facilities, and support for streaming, filming and audience participation.
Our Osler and Long Rooms provide one of our largest and most impressive event settings, with double-volume ceilings and windows overlooking the Medicinal Garden. We host conferences, exhibitions, dinners and receptions here.
Our Council Chamber combines modern architecture with a dramatic circular design and natural daylight from its concealed skylights. We offer flexible configurations for meetings, presentations, dinners and receptions in an especially distinctive setting.
The Platt Room provides us with a flexible event environment suitable for receptions, dining, exhibitions and supporting activities. We can configure the space for different hospitality and event requirements while maintaining easy access to the wider venue.
Sloane Room is a smaller, adaptable setting for meetings, seminars and private gatherings. We can arrange theatre, classroom, U-shape, boardroom, hollow-square, cabaret, dining and reception layouts.
Our Linacre Room offers an intimate environment for meetings, seminars and smaller professional events. We provide flexible seating configurations and can support presentations and group discussions within this compact event space.
Our Censors’ Room is one of our most historic spaces, featuring original Spanish oak panelling dating from 1674. We provide an intimate setting for meetings and fine dining, with its heritage character making smaller events particularly distinctive.
Our Wellcome Reading Room provides a compact and characterful setting for smaller meetings, presentations and group discussions. We offer several flexible configurations, allowing organisers to adapt the room to the needs of their event.

Park Room is one of our smaller meeting spaces, designed for intimate professional gatherings. We provide several practical layouts for meetings, presentations and collaborative sessions where a quieter and more private environment is required.
Our Dorchester Library gives events an exceptional historic setting surrounded by our rare-book collection. We use this distinctive space for conferences, dinners, receptions and exhibitions, with its heritage atmosphere providing a memorable backdrop.
Our Medicinal Garden offers an unusual outdoor setting in central London, surrounded by the architecture of our Grade I listed headquarters. We use this space for receptions, summer entertaining and outdoor event experiences.
