Legacy Conference Centre provides a focused, contemporary environment for business and professional events in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Positioned close to the M18, A1 and M1, our location makes it convenient for delegates travelling from across the region, while Doncaster railway station is around a ten-minute drive away and a nearby bus stop provides additional accessibility. Our four principal event spaces are designed around different business requirements, from larger conferences to focused meetings and breakout sessions. The Main Auditorium accommodates up to 120 delegates for daytime conferences and features a stage, professional lighting, LED screen and audiovisual facilities. Ground-floor access and connecting doors to our coffee shop add further convenience. The Cypress Suite provides capacity for up to 100 guests theatre-style or 80 around tables, making it suitable for conferences, training and presentations. For smaller gatherings, the Cedar and Acacia Suites provide practical settings for board meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops and breakout activities. We also provide free on-site parking, Wi-Fi, refreshments, stationery, flipcharts, technical equipment and flexible catering options, allowing organisers to manage the essential elements of an event in one place. The Main Auditorium is the centre's largest and most prominent event space. It is designed for larger conferences, corporate gatherings, presentations, round-table events and exhibitions. The room measures approximately 32m × 18m, with a substantial 15m × 4.8m stage. It includes professional stage lighting, an LED screen and audio-visual facilities. The auditorium is ground-level and connects directly with the Coffee Shop.
The Cypress Suite is the centre's second-largest conference room and is designed for presentations, seminars, training sessions and banquet-style or round-table events. The room measures approximately 14m × 10m and incorporates a cool-air replacement system designed to maintain fresh air and a comfortable ambient temperature. Its size makes it a useful middle ground between the large auditorium and the smaller executive meeting rooms.
The Cedar Suite is an intimate boardroom retreat purpose-built for distraction-free team brainstorming, private corporate interviews, and confidential strategy sessions. Accommodating up to 30 people, it is equipped with high-speed internet, a dedicated plasma TV display screen, and an advanced ambient cool-air replacement system.
The Acacia Suite is a bright, highly adaptable business room designed for relaxed corporate meetings, medium breakout clusters, or professional workshops. Situated on the first floor, it features integrated functional presentation tech alongside a dedicated casual sofa and coffee area to keep your attending delegates comfortable.
