St Mary’s Marylebone is a distinctive setting for events in the heart of central London. Our Grade I listed Georgian building was completed in 1824 and combines original architecture with modern event facilities. The Great Hall provides a dramatic backdrop with soaring ceilings, stained-glass windows and oak floors, while our newly renovated Undercroft offers a more contemporary environment directly below. We hire the venue exclusively, giving each client privacy and flexibility across both floors. Our spaces can support conferences, fashion shows, product launches, concerts, wine tastings, exhibitions, dinners and wedding receptions for up to 600 guests. We include in-house sound, lighting and AV, wireless microphones and a four-metre presentation screen, while our dedicated event manager assists with planning, suppliers, licensing and event-day coordination. Clients can bring their own caterer or choose from our recommended partners. Both floors have step-free access, and the venue is conveniently located on York Street, around eight minutes from Baker Street station.
Our Georgian centrepiece was designed by Sir Robert Smirke and completed in 1824. It combines soaring ceilings, original Georgian details, oak flooring and stained glass with integrated sound, lighting, AV, wireless microphones, a presentation screen and stage.
Our newly renovated Undercroft sits directly beneath the Great Hall and provides a modern contrast to the historic architecture above. The main area can be divided into two soundproofed rooms, each with its own AV system.
