Our Appleton Room is an intimate, modern meeting space arranged in boardroom style. With capacity for up to 10 people, it works particularly well for focused discussions, interviews and small team meetings.

Our Bell Room is a compact meeting space for up to six people. Its small scale makes it suitable for private discussions, interviews and focused one-to-one or small-group meetings.

Our Blumlein Rooms provide three flexible meeting spaces with moveable partition walls. We can hire them individually or combine them into larger configurations, accommodating up to 80 people.

Our Faraday Lounge offers a spacious setting for up to 200 guests, with views over the River Thames. Contemporary lighting, seating areas and presentation facilities make it suited to receptions and networking.

Our Ferranti Room is a small, practical meeting room for up to six people. It provides a comfortable environment for focused discussions, interviews, catch-ups and other private meetings.

Our Flowers Room is a versatile event space with natural daylight and views across the River Thames. We can accommodate up to 120 people.

Our Haslett Room is a flexible space with river views and can be linked to the lecture theatre for larger events. We accommodate up to 120 people, making it useful for conferences and meetings.

Our Heaviside Exhibition Room combines event space with rotating engineering displays, giving gatherings an engineering-focused backdrop. We can accommodate up to 100 people and support exhibitions, meetings and receptions.

Our Johnson Roof Terrace provides an outdoor event setting with panoramic views across the River Thames and London skyline. We can accommodate up to 200 guests for suitable outdoor events and receptions.

Our Kao Room is a private, contemporary meeting space designed for focused collaboration. With capacity for up to six people, it suits small team meetings, discussions and confidential conversations.

Our Kelvin Lecture Theatre is our largest individual lecture space, with tiered seating for 451 delegates. We provide advanced AV, projection, sound and technical support for major conferences and presentations.

Our Lovelace Room is a flexible function room for meetings, receptions and other events. With capacity for up to 80 people, we can adapt the space to different event formats.

Our Marconi Room is a versatile function space with Thames and Embankment Gardens views. With capacity for up to 80 people and modern AV facilities, it suits meetings and receptions.

Our Maxwell Library sits at the heart of Savoy Place and offers two private balconies overlooking the River Thames. With capacity for up to 190 people, it provides an impressive setting for larger gatherings.

Our Nuffield Room is a compact boardroom space for focused meetings and small group discussions. It can accommodate up to eight people independently and can also be combined with the Tesla Room.

Our Tesla Room provides another intimate meeting environment for up to eight people. We can use it independently for small meetings or combine it with the Nuffield Room for a larger boardroom configuration.

Our Partridge Room is a contemporary compact meeting space for up to eight people. It works well for small-group sessions, private discussions and as a convenient hub for decision-making.

Our Platt Room is a bright, modern and versatile event space for up to 80 guests. We can use it for meetings, conferences, networking events, drinks receptions and exhibitions.

Our Riverside Room is an iconic event space with large windows, a private balcony overlooking the River Thames and strong AV facilities. Its maximum published capacity is 330 people.

Our Shilling Room is our smallest listed event room, accommodating up to four people. Its private, high-tech setting is suited to focused meetings, interviews and confidential conversations.

Our Siemens Boardroom is a modern, high-tech meeting environment for private meetings and corporate events. Our current room listing gives it a maximum capacity of 70 people.

Our Turing Lecture Theatre provides tiered seating for up to 175 delegates. We support mid-sized conferences, lectures and presentations with professional AV and technical facilities.

Our Watson-Watt Room is a flexible space with natural daylight, a large projection screen and a lectern with microphone. We can accommodate up to 100 people in different event layouts.

Our Wedmore Boardroom is a premium executive meeting room with air conditioning. Its fixed boardroom arrangement accommodates up to 26 people and is designed for private and senior-level meetings.

Our Entwisle Room is a modern boardroom-style meeting space for up to eight delegates. We provide a professional environment for collaboration, team discussions and smaller corporate meetings.
