The Kings Head is our traditional Georgian pub and hotel situated in the historic market town of Masham, near Ripon in North Yorkshire. We overlook the attractive Market Place and provide a warm, characterful setting for both everyday dining and private events. Our building dates from the eighteenth century and has a long history as an inn, posting house and local meeting place. Today, we combine that historic character with comfortable accommodation, dining facilities and flexible event arrangements. We welcome guests looking to hold weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, business meetings, conferences, training sessions and other special occasions with us. Our meeting facilities are particularly suited to smaller gatherings, with our documented meeting-room layouts accommodating up to 40 delegates. We also provide free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, disabled facilities, a beer garden and accommodation. With our location in the heart of Masham and our welcoming atmosphere, we offer a convenient base for meetings, celebrations and gatherings in the Yorkshire Dales area.
Our main meeting room provides a practical setting for smaller conferences, business meetings, training sessions and presentations. We can arrange the space in different configurations, with published capacities of 20 in boardroom style, 25 in cabaret and up to 40 in theatre style.
Our wider pub and dining areas give us additional flexible space for private celebrations and informal gatherings. We can discuss the appropriate arrangement with you depending on whether you are planning a birthday, anniversary, family gathering, wedding-related event or business occasion.
