The Dome Tufnell Park

The Dome has been a cornerstone of North London's live music scene since 1981, operating from a historic Grade II-listed Victorian building in the heart of Tufnell Park. Our venue brings together two distinct spaces: The Dome, our high-ceilinged 600-capacity venue, and Downstairs at The Dome, our 300-capacity space designed for more intimate performances. We are independently owned and operated, combining our distinctive underground character with high-quality production and modern technical facilities. Our spaces support live music, comedy, cabaret, drag shows, talks, podcasts, private celebrations, industry parties and fitness takeovers. We also welcome commercial productions, offering facilities for filming, photoshoots, live-session recording, tour pre-production and large-scale rehearsals. Our facilities include professional sound and lighting systems, bars, cloakrooms, dressing rooms, production offices and private outdoor yards. We are committed to championing underground music, supporting emerging talent and creating a vibrant community for artists, audiences and event organisers across North London.
