Our historic venue has been associated with the Vintners' Company for centuries and offers a distinctive atmosphere for conferences, private dining, weddings, receptions and corporate occasions. The Livery Hall provides an impressive centrepiece with historic wood panelling, while our Court Room offers a more intimate setting for private lunches and dinners. We also have the Drawing Room, Gassiot Room, Swan Room, Boardroom and Roof Garden, giving us flexibility for events of different sizes and formats. Our exclusive in-house catering partnership with Searcys allows us to provide dining and hospitality throughout the event. From formal banquets and awards dinners to wine tastings, seminars and wedding celebrations, we can tailor our spaces and services around each occasion. Our central City location also provides convenient access to nearby transport connections.
Our Livery Hall is the principal event space and the centrepiece of Vintners' Hall. We accommodate large dinners, conferences, receptions, charity events, wine tastings and celebrations here, with flexible layouts for different occasions.
Our historic Court Room offers a more intimate setting for private lunches, dinners and meetings. Its seventeenth-century character makes it particularly suitable for refined dining and smaller gatherings.
Our Drawing Room provides an elegant setting for drinks receptions, private dining and pre-dinner gatherings. We can also use the adjoining conservatory for photographs, musicians and entertainment during events.
Our Gassiot Room is designed for smaller meetings, lunches and intimate gatherings. We also use it as an out-mess area during Livery dinners, making it a useful supporting space for larger events.
Our Swan Room provides a smaller, relaxed setting with an outdoor-inspired feel. We use it for wine tastings, committee meetings and smaller gatherings, and it can support entertainment during larger celebrations.
Our Boardroom offers a private, wood-panelled environment for meetings, lunches, dinners and smaller wine tastings. The adjoining Roof Garden can also provide an impressive setting for reception drinks.
Our Business Suite is our smallest meeting space, designed for intimate meetings of up to five people. We provide free Wi-Fi here, while refreshments can also be arranged when requested.
Our Roof Garden provides an outdoor setting with impressive City views. We particularly recommend it for reception drinks when the Boardroom is being used for a private lunch or dinner.
