Our venue is based at 10 St James's Square in central London, combining the historic Chatham House building with the adjoining 9 St James's Square and a newer suite of meeting spaces. We provide a range of rooms for conferences, meetings, roundtables, presentations, dinners, receptions, weddings, filming and photography. Our Joseph Gaggero Hall is our largest published event space, accommodating up to 200 guests in theatre style and offering projection, video conferencing, simultaneous interpretation and an induction loop. Smaller rooms provide settings for board meetings, private dinners, presentations and intimate gatherings, including the Neill Malcolm Room overlooking St James's Square and the Henry Price Room. We also provide catering through our appointed hospitality provider, together with audio-visual and recording services. The building has step-free access through the Duke of York Street entrance, a disabled toilet and lift access to the Joseph Gaggero Hall. Our central St James's Square location places the venue close to Green Park and Piccadilly Circus.
Our Joseph Gaggero Hall is our main conference space for conferences, meetings and seminars. It accommodates up to 200 guests theatre-style and can be divided into two smaller sections using soundproof partitions.
Our Neill Malcolm Room overlooks St James's Square and was formerly William Pitt's ballroom. It provides space for receptions, cocktail parties, dinners and buffet lunches, accommodating up to 120 guests for a reception.
Our Henry Price Room overlooks St James's Square and provides a setting for presentations and board meetings. It accommodates up to 40 guests theatre-style or for a wedding ceremony.
Our Astor Room is a quiet lower-ground-floor room with natural light. It accommodates up to 45 guests theatre-style and is suited to dinners, board meetings and presentations.
Our William Pitt Room is a historic first-floor room overlooking the Square. It provides an intimate boardroom setting for up to 12 people.
Our Meeting Room 2 is a modern room in the Asfari wing, equipped for private meetings and audio-visual presentations. It accommodates up to 8 people around a roundtable.
Our Asfari Centre provides a small-group discussion setting, with a full roundtable configuration for up to 16 participants. It is suited to workshops, roundtables and meetings.
