For private dining, the hotel provides the same two rooms plus the option to hire Bistro du Vin exclusively. Bistro du Vin can accommodate up to 110 guests for dinner, making it the largest individual dining/event space at the property. The venue also provides dedicated event-organiser support, presentation equipment, free Wi-Fi, flexible meeting packages, catering, overnight accommodation and corporate retreat packages.

Henley Vineyards is an airy L-shaped event room positioned at the front of Hotel du Vin Harrogate and overlooking The Stray. Its smaller capacity makes it particularly suitable for intimate conferences, training, meetings, private dinners and networking events where a more compact and distinctive environment is preferred.
Bistro du Vin is the hotel's principal restaurant and can also be hired exclusively for large private dining events. Its reclaimed floorboards, olive-green walls and large bay windows overlooking The Stray create a distinctive setting for dinners, celebrations, receptions and other food-led events.
