The Londoner is our luxury hotel and event destination in the heart of Leicester Square, bringing together contemporary event spaces, restaurants, bars and 350 bedrooms and suites across 16 storeys. We offer a wide range of settings, from our large, pillar-free Ballroom for major conferences, weddings and celebrations to the more intimate rooms within The Gallery. Our Green Room provides a private setting with a bar, dancefloor and built-in sound system, while 8 at The Londoner offers rooftop events with views across London. We also have private dining at Whitcomb’s and Joshua’s Tavern, as well as two ODEON Luxe screening rooms for private cinema experiences. Our event facilities include modern audiovisual technology, Wi-Fi, dedicated event support, catering and flexible layouts. We host corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, private dinners, product launches, parties, charity events and other special occasions. We also offer partial and full property buyouts for larger events requiring exclusive use of our facilities.
We provide our largest dedicated event space, a pillar-free ballroom designed for major conferences, weddings, celebrations and corporate events. The Ballroom accommodates up to 800 guests for a reception and 528 for lunch or dinner. It has a pre-function foyer, two adjoining kitchens, private entrance and extensive AV facilities. The Ballroom can also be divided using a retractable partition.
We provide a private entertainment space with a marble dancefloor, mirrored ceiling, velvet seating, private bar and built-in sound system. The room accommodates up to 150 standing guests and 40 for seated dining, making it suitable for parties, receptions, dinners and after-parties.
We offer Ballroom A as one section of our larger Ballroom, measuring 289 sqm. It accommodates up to 370 guests for a reception, 328 theatre-style, 216 for lunch or dinner and 144 in cabaret.
