St. Pancras London, Autograph Collection brings together Victorian grandeur, modern luxury and a truly iconic London setting. We are located beside St. Pancras International in King’s Cross, giving our guests excellent transport connections while surrounding them with one of London’s most recognisable architectural landmarks. Our event spaces combine historic character with modern event facilities, allowing us to host everything from intimate meetings and private dinners to large receptions, conferences and celebrations. We offer a flexible collection of indoor and outdoor spaces, including our impressive Hansom Hall, elegant Gallery, historic Ladies’ Smoking Room and St. Pancras Terrace. Our dedicated events team works with organisers to create carefully planned experiences, supported by catering, audiovisual equipment, event services and flexible room layouts. For weddings and special occasions, we provide distinctive Victorian surroundings, including our magnificent Grand Staircase. Whether hosting a corporate gathering, wedding, celebration or reception, we give every occasion a memorable setting in the heart of London.
Hansom Hall is our largest event space, combining historic railway character with impressive scale. We accommodate up to 575 guests for standing receptions, making it ideal for major celebrations, drinks receptions, weddings and parties.
Our Ladies’ Smoking Room combines historic significance with distinctive interiors, featuring hand-painted ceilings, carved arches and grand French doors opening onto a private terrace. We use it for weddings, receptions, charity balls and larger parties.
The Gallery gives us an elegant setting with original architectural details, corniced ceilings, chandeliers, a fireplace and views of our historic façade. We use this versatile space for parties, charity balls and bar mitzvahs.
The Exchange reflects our building’s history as the location of the hotel’s telephone auto exchange. We provide this compact space for small board meetings, presentations and intimate banquets, with a maximum reception capacity of 65.
The Quarters gives us an intimate and refined meeting environment inspired by the former staff accommodation of the Midland Grand. We combine soaring beams, distinctive artwork and tasteful furniture for board meetings and presentations.
Our Billiard Room recalls the original Midland Grand, where billiards was enjoyed by guests. Today, we offer this intimate room for smaller receptions, seminars, meetings and private gatherings requiring a distinctive historic atmosphere.
The Paxton is one of our intimate meeting spaces, designed for focused gatherings rather than large functions. We provide a private environment for small discussions and meetings, with the official capacity chart listing 12 conference-style guests.
Our Royal Suite Lounge provides an expansive private setting suitable for intimate gatherings and receptions. We accommodate up to 80 guests for receptions, while the space can also support smaller conference-style gatherings of up to 22.
Our St. Pancras Terrace overlooks the iconic British Library and gives guests an outdoor setting within our historic hotel. We offer it for exclusive hire, making it particularly suitable for celebrations and receptions.
Chambers Club is one of our distinctive spaces within the hotel, offering a substantial area for private use.
The Cashier takes its name from the Victorian office responsible for handling hotel finances and guest payments. We now provide this compact venue for presentations, intimate banquets, meetings and standing receptions.
The Ordish is one of our smaller meeting spaces, providing a private environment for focused discussions. We accommodate up to 12 guests in conference-style arrangements, making the room suitable for intimate business meetings.
Our Station Master’s Office reflects the history of St. Pancras, where the first station master chose an office within the grand hotel. We now use this elegant room for intimate meetings, presentations and receptions.
