Belair House

Belair House offers an elegant Georgian setting overlooking Belair Park in West Dulwich. Our two-floor house combines historic character with flexible spaces for weddings, private celebrations, meetings, dining and other events. On the ground floor, we have a classic restaurant, Main Bar and terrace areas, while our first floor provides three interconnected rooms for private functions. The space can accommodate up to 50 guests seated for a meal and up to 120 guests standing across the three rooms. Our Gallery Bar provides a relaxed area for drinks, while the ballroom and function rooms can be arranged for weddings, receptions and evening celebrations. We have an experienced in-house catering and events team, together with a fully staffed kitchen capable of supporting different food styles and budgets. Our surrounding lawn and terraces provide outdoor space and views across Belair Park. We also welcome film and photography productions, with distinctive interiors, a central staircase and five unique spaces available for creative use.
