The Designer's Penthouse

At The Designer's Penthouse, we offer a distinctive private-hire space in Old Street, London, combining industrial architecture with contemporary interiors and a private rooftop terrace. Our 250 m² penthouse is located on the fifth floor of a converted factory building and features exposed structural details, generous ceiling heights and south-facing windows that provide natural daylight throughout the day. We welcome a variety of bookings, including private dinners, product launches, corporate meetings, workshops, strategy sessions, photography shoots and film productions. Our flexible layout allows us to adapt the space to different requirements, from boardroom meetings and seated dinners to presentations and standing receptions. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, smart lighting, presentation facilities, in-room audio and kitchen access, with additional equipment and event support available when required. Our rooftop terrace offers an additional outdoor setting for guests and creative activities. We work directly with clients to understand their briefs and organise a suitable layout, schedule and support for each booking.
