Set within the historic County Hall on London’s South Bank, The Riverside Rooms offer an elegant riverside setting with sweeping views across the Thames towards Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. Our Grade II-listed venue combines two main multi-purpose event spaces with a beautifully furnished connecting lounge, giving organisers flexibility for receptions, breakout activities and informal guest areas. Large windows bring natural daylight into the oak-panelled rooms, while the historic architecture provides a distinctive backdrop for business and social occasions. We can accommodate up to 350 guests for a reception, 190 in theatre style or 150 for dinner. Our location also allows guests to combine their event with experiences at other attractions within County Hall, including the London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium and The London Dungeon. We are suited to conferences, networking events, luxury dinners, private dining, corporate gatherings and celebrations where a central London location and strong riverside setting are important.
Our first main event space forms part of the Riverside Rooms' flexible layout, offering natural daylight, oak-panelled surroundings and views across the Thames. It is suitable for conferences, receptions, dinners and business gatherings.
Our second main event space works alongside the adjoining room to create a flexible event environment. We can use the space for meetings, networking, dining, receptions and other private or corporate occasions.
Our connecting lounge provides a comfortable furnished area between the two main event spaces. We use it for drinks, informal relaxation, registration or as a breakout area during larger events.
