Our Champagne Suite is our largest conference space, offering 1,726 square metres that can be divided into seven sections. We accommodate up to 2,000 delegates for major conferences, exhibitions and trade shows.

Our Chablis Suite provides 1,360 square metres of flexible ground-floor event space. We accommodate up to 1,000 guests in theatre or cocktail layouts and provide extensive space for exhibitions.

Our Bourgogne room offers 315 square metres of flexible space suitable for conferences, dinners, receptions and training. It accommodates up to 200 theatre-style, 160 banquet or 150 for classroom arrangements.

Our Cremant room provides 966 square metres of adaptable event space on the first floor. We accommodate up to 1,000 theatre-style, 1,100 for cocktails and 720 for banquet events.

Our Cognac room provides 206 square metres for meetings, conferences, dinners and training sessions. We accommodate up to 150 for cocktails, 120 theatre-style and 120 for banquet events.

Our Alsace room offers 90 square metres for smaller meetings, training sessions and events. It accommodates up to 100 for cocktails, 80 theatre-style and 56 classroom-style.

Our Muscadet room provides 78 square metres for meetings, training and smaller events. It accommodates up to 100 for cocktails, 70 theatre-style and 40 for banquet or classroom layouts.

Our Beaujolais room offers 48 square metres for smaller meetings and training sessions. We accommodate up to 40 theatre-style or cocktail, with smaller banquet, classroom and boardroom configurations available.

Our Sancerre room is a compact 31-square-metre meeting space suitable for small groups. It accommodates up to 40 for cocktails, 26 theatre-style and 12 in classroom configuration.

Our Barsac room provides 38 square metres for small meetings and events. It accommodates up to 30 theatre-style, 24 cabaret and 20 for banquet or cocktail arrangements.

Our Pouilly room provides 34 square metres for intimate meetings and training. We accommodate up to 25 for cocktails, 20 theatre-style and 14 classroom-style, with boardroom and U-shaped layouts also available.

Our St Emilion room is a compact 20-square-metre space for intimate meetings. It accommodates up to 10 for theatre, banquet or boardroom arrangements and up to 8 classroom-style.

Our Sauternes room provides 42 square metres of flexible meeting space. It accommodates up to 40 theatre-style, 25 for cocktails and 20 for banquet events, with several meeting layouts available.

Our Graves room offers 42 square metres for smaller meetings and training sessions. We accommodate up to 40 theatre-style, 25 cocktails and 20 for banquet arrangements.

Our Latour room provides 79 square metres for meetings, training and smaller events. It accommodates up to 50 theatre-style, 50 cocktails and 40 for banquet arrangements.

Our Executive Boardroom provides a private 28-square-metre setting for executive meetings, with a large plasma screen and data projector. It accommodates up to 10 delegates in boardroom style.

Our Margaux – Eureka room provides 44 square metres for small meetings. It accommodates up to 12 delegates in U-shaped or boardroom layouts and up to 15 for cocktails.

Our Blaye room provides 27 square metres for small meetings and training. We accommodate up to 21 theatre-style, 15 for cocktails and 12 classroom-style.

Our Medoc room offers 20 square metres for small meetings and training sessions. It accommodates up to 10 theatre, banquet or boardroom guests and up to 6 in classroom or U-shaped layouts.

Our Libourne – Eureka room provides a 45-square-metre setting for intimate meetings. We offer U-shaped and boardroom layouts for up to 12 delegates, with a cocktail capacity of 15.

Our Lussac room provides 44 square metres for meetings and training. We accommodate up to 35 theatre-style, 35 for cocktails and 30 for banquet or cabaret layouts.

Our Performance room provides 51.7 square metres for training and collaborative sessions. It accommodates up to 50 theatre-style, 36 classroom and 32 cabaret delegates, with AV support available.

Our Respect room offers 26.24 square metres for smaller training sessions and meetings. It accommodates up to 25 theatre-style and 16 in cabaret, classroom or boardroom configurations.

Our Innovation room provides 20.48 square metres for intimate training and meetings. We accommodate up to 20 theatre-style and 16 classroom or boardroom delegates, with flexible training layouts.
