The Kings Arms Hotel

Set in the heart of Berwick-upon-Tweed, we provide a historic hotel setting for weddings, celebrations, conferences, meetings and private gatherings. Our hotel combines comfortable accommodation with dedicated event facilities, a restaurant, coffee shop, bar and beer garden, giving guests convenient spaces for dining, socialising and staying overnight. Our main event space, the Assembly Rooms, offers natural light through two large side windows and can accommodate up to 140 guests. The space includes a private bar, dance floor, impressive chandelier and Juliet balcony, making it suitable for wedding receptions, evening celebrations and other larger events. For more intimate occasions, our Dickens Suite provides a smaller setting particularly suited to small weddings, birthday parties and baby showers. We also offer conference facilities and free Wi-Fi for business gatherings. Located on Hide Hill in the town centre, we provide convenient access to Berwick's attractions while retaining the character and atmosphere of a historic hotel. Our facilities can be adapted for a variety of celebrations and organised events.
