Set within twelve acres of country grounds and gardens, we offer a distinctive Georgian manor house setting overlooking the sea and close to Berwick-upon-Tweed. Our property combines accommodation, dining, wedding facilities and flexible spaces for corporate and private events. We can host weddings for up to 120 daytime guests and 200 evening guests, with our Coast House providing the ceremony setting and our Lowry Room accommodating the wedding breakfast and evening celebration. For corporate occasions, we provide several meeting options, including our Conservatory, Coast House and Lowry Room, with capacities suited to smaller executive meetings through to larger gatherings. Our gardens, patio and bar areas provide additional spaces for drinks, photographs and informal occasions. We also offer 27 bedrooms, including suites and luxury lodges, allowing guests to stay on site. Our Restaurant 1782, cocktail bar and drawing room add dining and social options, while our dedicated team works with organisers to personalise weddings, corporate events, celebrations and private occasions.
