Vallum Weddings

Set in the heart of Hadrian’s Wall country, Vallum Weddings provides a relaxed countryside setting for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Our venue combines a beautiful event barn and tipi with open fields, big skies and views across the Northumberland landscape. We focus on creating celebrations that feel personal, welcoming and connected to the surrounding countryside. Our ceremony space can accommodate between 20 and 150 guests, allowing us to cater for both intimate gatherings and larger wedding celebrations. Food is an important part of the experience, with our team creating seasonal menus using Northumbrian produce and ingredients sourced from local farmers. We provide a private and peaceful setting while remaining easily accessible from Newcastle, with free onsite parking and accessible facilities. Our experienced team supports couples and organisers throughout the planning process, helping to create events around their preferred style, food and atmosphere. Whether hosting a wedding, private celebration or corporate gathering, our barn and tipi provide a distinctive countryside setting for bringing people together.
